Do you take commissions?
Yes. Visit the Commissions page and tell us about your idea, budget and timeline. We'll reply by email.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the UK, EU and many international destinations. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Some countries cannot be served due to shipping restrictions.
How should I care for my garment?
Care depends on the fabric. We include guidance with your order — generally, gentle wash or dry clean and avoid harsh tumble drying for vintage textiles.
Can I return an item?
See Shipping & Returns. Ready-made items may be returnable; made-to-order pieces usually are not unless faulty.
How do discount codes work?
Enter a valid code at checkout. Brand representatives receive their account discount automatically and cannot stack promo codes.
