Most Thimble Fairy pieces are sewn to order. Please allow the lead time shown above (and on each product) before your parcel is posted. Commission and complex pieces may take longer — we'll confirm when you enquire.

- We ship to the UK & Crown Dependencies only at this time.
- Cost is calculated at checkout from parcel weight and destination
- You will receive tracking when your order ships
Returns
Ready-made items in original condition may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery — please contact us first. Made-to-order and personalised pieces are generally non-returnable unless faulty. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with photos and we will make it right.
